The Creative Center Foundation is pleased to welcome new Board member Patricia Pullen!

Developing and promoting programs that empower and uplift families and individuals are Patricia’s passion. She studied Management & Organizational Development at Fresno Pacific University and combines her innovative skills with her desire to help others reach their goals. She enjoys using a unique blend of connecting vision to results through a collaborative approach that generates effective strategies and a responsive delivery system. Through her current work at Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County, she provides grant oversight for a program that leads individuals towards self-sufficiency. In previous nonprofit management, she coordinated family strengthening health programs for the Tulare County Public Health Department and for the parenting program at Synchrony of Visalia, Inc., a mental health agency. She also served as a member of the Child Abuse Prevention Council where she assisted in bringing The Lisa Project, an interactive exhibit, to Tulare County. Patricia is excited about joining The Creative Center Foundation and receiving the opportunity to promote and contribute to the outstanding training center. Patricia lives in Visalia with her husband Jeffery and has three children attending college.
